Diba Phillips, BSN, RN is a registered nurse and experienced aesthetic injector serving clients at our Allen, Texas, aesthetic clinic. With a strong background in cosmetic aesthetics, Diba specializes in injectable treatments, microneedling, laser services, and comprehensive aesthetic consultations. Her approach emphasizes patient safety, natural-looking results, and education, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to individual goals and skin needs.

Diba brings hands-on experience from high-volume cosmetic and aesthetic practices, where she has worked extensively with neuromodulators (such as Botox® and Dysport®), dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, and advanced aesthetic technologies. She is deeply committed to delivering personalized, confidence-boosting aesthetic care and continually advances her expertise through ongoing training in the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics.

Diba Phillips, BSN, RN, brings a strong foundation in both medical dermatology and aesthetic nursing with hands-on experience across clinical, cosmetic, and wellness settings.

She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN,RN) from Collin College McKinney, with plans to pursue advance practice training.

Diba has extensive experience assisting in dermatology and cosmetic practices, supporting procedures such as biopsies, excisions, injectables, wound care, and patient assessments, and has since advanced into aesthetic nursing, performing neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRF, laser treatments, and IV therapy. Her background reflects a commitment to safe technique, patient education, and ongoing professional development through industry training with leading aesthetic brands, supporting high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring all that the Dallas–Fort Worth area has to offer. She values wellness, balance, and continued personal growth, and enjoys activities that support a healthy, active lifestyle.
