Audrey Pilkington, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who sees patients in our Rockwall, Waxahachie, and Forney offices. She specializes in medical and surgical dermatology, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Audrey is passionate about diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and other common dermatologic concerns. She is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while helping patients achieve healthy skin and feel confident in their appearance.

Where did Audrey complete her medical education and training?


Audrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Kansas, where she also served as President of the Pre-Physician Assistant Club. She went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, graduating with Honors.

Audrey is a Texas native who grew up in Austin. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, hosting dinner parties, staying active through running and yoga, and spending time with her husband and their two black labs.
